We want you to be confident in every purchase and booking with Common Plazaex Change. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations work for services, digital items, and physical products. Your statutory rights are not affected.

2) Services (consultations and styling)
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking if the session is more than 48 hours away.
- Reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before your session time (subject to availability).
- Cancellations within 24 hours or no‑shows: we may retain up to 100% of the session fee to cover reserved time.
- If we need to cancel, you may choose a full refund or a new time slot.
3) Digital content (e.g., lookbooks, guides)
- Digital items are generally non‑refundable once download or access has started, consistent with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- If files are defective or access fails, contact us within 14 days; we will replace or refund.
4) Physical products (if offered)
- Change‑of‑mind returns: 30 days from delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.
- Excluded for hygiene or safety: earrings, opened cosmetics, intimate apparel, and perishable or custom items unless faulty.
- Faulty or misdescribed items: contact us within 30 days for refund or replacement under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Return shipping: customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
5) How to start a return
- Request an RMA by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason.
- Pack items securely; include any accessories, tags, manuals, and the RMA reference.
- Use a tracked service; retain proof of postage. We’re not responsible for items lost in transit.
6) Refund method and timing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after we receive your return or confirm eligibility.
- If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation, first check with your bank or card provider; then contact us.
7) Exchanges
Where stock permits, you can request an exchange for the same item in a different size or colour. Otherwise, a refund may be issued and you can place a new order.
8) Gifts and gift cards
- Gift cards are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
- Items marked as gifts at purchase may be refunded as store credit to the original gift recipient if eligible.
9) Shipping fees and restocking
- Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
- No restocking fee is applied for timely, unused returns in original condition.
10) Policy updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page.
